BBQ Pop Can Peking DuckThis is a twist of two dishes: Peking Duck and Beer Can Chicken. Cooking the duck in the beer can enables the fat to drip down into the pan of which you collect duck fat, a rich flavourful fat used to make duck confit or very tasty potatoes. The duck's skin is not as crispy as Peking duck, but the BBQ flavour of the meat is tasty. It's a great way to cook an entire duck. A great crowd pleaser. |
